Polymer Fiber Optic Cable Tray

Modular polymer raceway system protecting fiber optic cable bend radius through the full pathway.

Polymer Fiber Optic Cable Tray

Overview

Product Overview

The Wandtung Polymer Fiber Optic Cable Tray is a modular, UL94-V0 flame-retardant plastic raceway system with smooth, rounded internal channels that protect fiber optic cable from sharp bends and abrasion along its entire route. The modular fitting range — straight sections in multiple widths, 90° and 45° elbows, tees, reducers and vertical risers — snap together with tool-free connectors to build a complete enclosed fiber pathway between racks, rooms and floors.

Capabilities

Key Features

  • UL94-V0 flame-retardant polymer construction
  • Smooth, rounded internal channel protects fiber bend radius along the full route
  • Full modular fitting range: straight sections, 90°/45° elbows, tees, reducers, vertical risers
  • Snap-fit, tool-free connectors between sections
  • Straight sections available in 120mm, 240mm and 360mm widths (100mm depth)
  • Reduced-size (50x50mm) fittings for tighter routing

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

A dedicated polymer fiber tray fully encloses the cable in a smooth, rounded channel that maintains minimum bend radius and protects against abrasion along the entire route, whereas open wire mesh or ladder trays leave fiber exposed and rely on the installer to manage bend radius manually at every turn.
