A regional colocation operator was expanding two existing data halls to onboard new enterprise tenants, requiring a consistent, monitored power and enclosure standard across both halls.

Problem

The operator needed to raise power redundancy to N+1 without a full facility shutdown, standardize cabinet specifications across two halls originally built by different contractors, and give tenants visibility into their own power consumption.
