Direct-to-chip liquid cooling rack cabinet, 42U, 20-80kW+ per rack, AI GPU server ready.

Liquid Cooling Cabinet

Overview

Product Overview

The Wandtung Liquid Cooling Cabinet is a 42U standard rack purpose-built for direct-to-chip liquid cooling of AI and GPU servers, supporting 20–80kW+ per rack. Each cabinet integrates a quick-disconnect coolant manifold, direct-to-chip cold plates with micro-channel design, stainless steel coolant piping and a brazed copper plate heat exchanger, connecting into a facility-level liquid cooling system alongside a CDU, dry cooler or cooling tower and secondary loop.

Capabilities

Key Features

  • 42U standard rack, 20–80kW+ per rack cooling capacity
  • Direct-to-chip cold plates with micro-channel design
  • Quick-disconnect coolant manifold, tool-free and leak-free
  • Stainless steel coolant piping
  • Brazed copper plate heat exchanger for high thermal efficiency
  • Perforated steel front door, 75% airflow, for hybrid air/liquid cooling
  • 2.0mm SPCC cold-rolled steel construction

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The cabinet houses the direct-to-chip cold plates and quick-disconnect manifold at the rack level (secondary loop), which connects to a CDU that isolates and manages heat exchange with the facility (primary) loop, ultimately rejecting heat through a dry cooler or cooling tower — all monitored through an intelligent monitoring system with leak detection.
